Work with us
Three ways to get involved: as an Advisory Council member, as a practitioner, or as a referral partner.
Advisory Council
Are you a senior leader in the built environment?
The Cornerstone Advisory Council is a small, named group of senior leaders who shape Cornerstone’s frameworks, advise on engagements, and carry the Cornerstone name into their networks.
We are looking for people with genuine depth in master development, estate management, community governance, place intelligence, or adjacent disciplines. People who’ve built something at scale and want their expertise applied to ambitious problems.
Council membership involves active contribution: input on framework development, strategic engagement advisory, and co-authorship on thought leadership where relevant.
Practitioners
Are you a specialist in your field?
We work with practitioners who bring deep discipline expertise to the challenges our clients face: community management, facilities management, technology and digital transformation, strata and governance, hospitality operations, sustainability, and adjacent disciplines.
We don’t carry a large bench. We work with a small number of specialists who are comfortable working at a senior client level.
If your background is in GCC real estate, master development, or the disciplines that support it, and you want to work on the kind of projects that matter, we’d like to hear from you.
Referral partners
Do you work with developers who need this?
If you’re an architect, masterplanner, project manager, legal advisor, or consultant who works with GCC developers, you’ll have seen the problem Cornerstone solves. The gap between what gets designed and what gets experienced. The operating model that doesn’t exist yet. The technology investment that no one has built a business case for.
We work with a small number of referral partners who introduce us to clients where we can genuinely help. It’s a straightforward relationship: you make the introduction, we do the work, and we make sure the client relationship reflects well on both of us.
